A wonderful experience full of love!
Located in La Fortuna, known all over the world because of the famous Arenal Volcano, the San Bosco Orphanage is working since 1999 giving home and aliment to abandoned children and children who have been suffering abuse in different ways. Here the pain seems to lessen a little bit because of the love and tenderness children receive from the “Tías” (Aunts as they call them who are the substitute mothers) and from the representatives who work in this place.
As this seems to be the only hope these children can find in this community and the surrounding cities in order to live with dignity; they can count with adequate feeding, beds, medical and psychological care, education, clothing, and areas for playing and developing as children must do.
